Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% all natural, so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Cancelled orders: If you wish to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within four hours of placing the order. Cancellations on orders 4+ hours old will be put into processing, because our products are handmade we will be unable to cancel the order. In this situation, you can refuse the package and upon our receipt of the refused package, we will inspect the product to ensure it isn’t used or damaged, and then we can process the refund.
Refunds + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
