Allow us to introduce you to the next "It" in skin care - hemp seed oil!
Hippie Hemp contains what we call wet oils that are absorbed into your skin at a slower rate and feel heavy. After you apply wet oil to your skin, you can feel the oil lingering on your skin surface a little longer. Wet oils are excellent for moisturizing your skin. These oils prevent water loss. That’s the reason wet oils are perfect for dehydrated and extremely dry skin.
This serum promotes healthy and rejuvenated skin, helping you to deal with your day to day dry skin and flakiness problems while moisturizing your complexion to enhance elasticity, reduce flakiness and enhance your skin’s tone and luminosity. Now you don’t have to wait for dry patches and flakiness to show up. Use Hippie Hemp daily, morning or throughout the day, and you won’t be frustrated again! Welcome to Skin Care Bliss!!
HEMPSEED OIL: Don’t be concerned, Hemp Seed Oil is legal and safe to use. It is extracted from the seeds of the industrial hemp (cannabis) plant not to be confused with CBD oil which contains cannabinoids extracted from the flowers and leaves of the plant. The application of this oil provides the perfect dose of hydration to combat dry skin yet does not cause breakouts and can even prevent future breakouts.
Due to its high content of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, Hemp Seed Oil has a composition similar to skin lipids which makes it an excellent natural emollient and moisturizer. It is especially useful for dry, tired, or dehydrated skin and helps to increase the skin’s elasticity and water retention. The vitamin E contained in Hemp Seed Oil has antioxidant properties proven to help support cell function and it also combats “free radicals” (toxins) absorbed into your skin. Vitamin A balances your skin’s oil production and stabilizes skin cells to achieve its normal function. It also assists in natural production of collagen and elastin to keep skin looking youthful and vibrant. Vitamin D is another key ingredient for maintaining healthy skin, with some studies showing that a healthy amount of vitamin D helps to combat dry skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
AVOCADO OIL: This oil has been a leading moisturizer on the market due to its ability to soothe dry and itchy skin and is absorbed easily and quickly into the skin. It’s deeply nourishing and rich in vitamins, especially E and D. The anti-inflammatory properties and vitamins in Avocado Oil help to heal the dry, irritated, and flaky skin associated with eczema and psoriasis.
Avocado Oil is mostly composed of omega 9 fatty acid and is recommended for dry skin types acting as a moisturizer, softening the skin and helping to repair tissue damage and increases skin permeability, carrying other ingredients deeper into the skin. Palmitic acid functions as an emollient and occlusive agent, softening the skin while also forming a protective film on the surface of the skin. It also restores the skin’s natural barrier function because it is an integral part of a healthy skin barrier. The omega 7 fatty acid helps to protect against oxidative damage by encouraging the development of new skin cells and increases collagen and skin elasticity helping the skin retain its youthful shape and firmness. Linoleic acid is one of the most abundant fatty acids naturally present in the skin, helping to restore a healthy skin barrier, soothing and softening the skin, acting as an anti-inflammatory, and increasing hydration and elasticity.
EVENING PRIMROSE OIL: This flower only opens at night producing beautiful yellow flowers. Evening Primrose Oil is high in essential fatty acids, including gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Evening Primrose Oil has been used for moisturizing the skin, to treat eczema and psoriasis, inflammation, redness, and itching. It is one of the most desirable oils in body care products because it moisturizes and soothes your skin, while addressing dryness, irritation, roughness and wrinkles.
LAVENDER and CEDARWOOD OILS: These two oils are particularly useful for combating skin issues including inflamed, rough, dry, irritated skin. Lavender and Cedarwood Oils help regulate sebum production, eliminate acne-causing bacteria and guards the skin against environmental pollutants and toxins. Lavender and Cedarwood Oils also reduce the chances of future breakouts helping to reduce the signs of aging.
